Shipping Policy
Delivery within the island of Ireland is €8. All items are sent via Fastway's next day delivery service, with tracking numbers provided.
We also ship to Europe (excluding mainland UK) for €15 and worldwide for €50.
Please allow 3 working days for your order to be shipped.
For shipping to mainland UK please email us on flaxinbloomboutique@gmail.com where we can organise a custom shipping rate. We can't currently accept online orders for UK shipping due to a discrepancy between An Post and Royal Mail which has resulted in some lost orders, however, if you email us the item(s) you are interested in, we can organise shipping via Fastway and take payment over the phone.
Returns Policy
In Store: We offer credit notes or exchange for in-store purchases. All returned items should be brought to us in their original condition together with the original packaging and all brand tags. If the item(s) are returned in an unsaleable condition, we won’t be able to give you an exchange or credit note.
Online: If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage fee, and we recommend you obtain proof of postage.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frame but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch – but any refund will be at our discretion.
All returned items should be sent back to us in their original condition together with the original packaging and all brand tags. If the item(s) are returned in an unsaleable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
